The private garden, meticulously maintained and fully fenced, features a small yet inviting relaxation corner: a pool measuring 2.5 x 4.5 m (depth 1.4 m), open from May to the end of September, and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing or simply enjoying the serene lakeside atmosphere.

Among the outdoor spaces, an elegant gazebo stands out, furnished with a comfortable sofa for moments of pure relaxation, and a dining table for 6 people, ideal for alfresco lunches or dinners amidst an unmatched panorama.

Guests also have access to 1 uncovered parking space at a nearby hotel, ensuring an even more convenient and worry-free stay.

Internal Description

Recently renovated, Villa Cabela offers the perfect balance between tradition and contemporary design. Spread over 3 floors, the villa can sleep up to 4 guests, has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Access to the house is possible both from the garden overlooking the lake and from the pedestrian street on the opposite side, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed upon request.

Ground floor: The ground floor features a refined open-plan living area designed for relaxation: comfortable armchairs, coffee table, tv, and a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and induction hob). Large French doors open onto the private garden, offering breathtaking views and a timeless atmosphere of peace.

Next to the kitchen, there is a convenient guest toilet.

First floor: Upstairs, a minimalist double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a panoramic lake-view balcony becomes the perfect retreat for moments of tranquility and contemplation.
