Splendid villa with garden, barbecue, and private pool, located in San Felice del Garda, in a quiet area perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday.



At the entrance, the villa welcomes guests with a spacious living room featuring exposed beams, two sofas, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, American coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster. A French door leads to the covered patio, elegantly furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, where there is also a barbecue area, and to the large garden with a swimming pool.



The ground floor continues with a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, and a sleeping area with three bedrooms: the first room has a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; the second bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe; finally, the third bedroom also has a double bed, Smart TV, and a large wardrobe.



The villa continues with the basement level, consisting of an open-space tavern furnished with a sofa, living area with table, a second open kitchen with dishwasher, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, plus an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, bidet, sink, and toilet.



Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms on the ground floor.



This wonderful villa also features a private garage (height 1.90 m) where guests can park up to two cars.

Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.

A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request and for a small fee.

The private pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.



Upon arrival or a few days prior, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

The villa is about a 50-minute drive from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
