Charming apartment in Santa Margherita Ligure, in an elegant and quiet residential area immersed in the typical Ligurian atmosphere, just a few minutes' walk from the port and the historic center. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, it offers a picturesque view of the green hills of Nozarego and the sea, giving the environment a relaxed and bright quality. The area is well served and on a human scale: shops, restaurants, and services are within easy reach, while maintaining a pleasant distance from the more intense tourist flows. It is therefore ideal for those seeking a stay that combines comfort, panoramic views, and tranquility just a stone's throw from the beauty of the Riviera.



The accommodation, located on the second floor with elevator, opens onto a corridor that runs through the apartment. Opposite the entrance is the first double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower and toilet and a walk-in closet. Continuing on, there are the second and third bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. Between these two rooms is the second bathroom with bathtub. Returning to the hallway, on the left is the living room with two sofas, a dining table, and a small balcony with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is completed by a separate kitchen with a small bathroom and a small service balcony.



Inside the property, there is a large garage for the exclusive use of guests.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 5-minute drive from the apartment while Genoa airport is about a 45-minute drive.
