A sofa bed allows the apartment to comfortably host up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the utensils you might need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. There are two stylish bathrooms with large showers and hairdryers, plus an additional guest bathroom for extra convenience.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with no shared areas. The building’s elevator ensures easy and convenient access to the property.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with an extra charge of €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. A valid ID is required upon arrival for mandatory registration with the Italian Police portal. The tourist tax is €4 per person per night (up to 7 nights, from April to November), and guests under 18 years old are exempt.
