Villa Maris is a beautiful newly built private villa for 8/10 people, located in Capo Vaticano, a few minutes drive from the beach.

The house consists of two independent apartments with sea view, arranged on two floors and finely furnished. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, where a single bed can be transformed into a double bed, so the twin bedroom can become a double bed + single bed and accommodate 3 people, 1 bathroom with shower covered in Ostuni stone, large kitchen/living room equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and TV. So in total the house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and two kitchens/living rooms.

Villa Maris has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, laundry with washing machine in an external room, external shower (cold/hot water) and is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea, with patio, veranda, gas barbecue and a large equipped gazebo. Convenient parking in front of the entrance to the property, in a quiet, private dead-end street.
