This property offers the unique opportunity to retreat into a paradise, away from the crowds, whilst remaining less than an hour from an international airport (SUF), a quarter of an hour from the splendid baroque town of Tropea. a few minutes from shops for shopping, and a few minutes from small restaurants.

Perched on top of a cliff overlooking the sea, on the tip of Capo Vaticano, this villa has a truly unique position. In a gated complex with just three owners sharing private access to the sea, this piece of the Cape has been miraculously preserved from the property speculation that has destroyed much of our coastline.Decades of care and attention have transformed a barren cliff into a green oasis from which the spectacle of the sea and the Aeolian Islands right in front is both a physical joy and a balm for the soul. The volcano of Stromboli, directly to the west, towers over the sea and offers spectacular sunsets all seasons of the year.

The private access to the beach, which the rest of the public can only reach from the sea or the rocks, makes the beach very private and never overcrowded even in the height of summer.Due to some rocks above the water, motorboats and dinghies cannot dock easily, and therefore stay away from the beach, and for those who don't want to go down the 400 steps, the infinity pool allows for beautiful swimming with a view of the sea , Stromboli, and Mediterranean scrub.

The property consists of a main house with a super-stocked kitchen and living area, two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and two annexes, separated from the main house, each with a bedroom and a bathroom.

In total the property has 4 bedrooms (which can be double or convertible into twins) and 4 ensuite bathrooms, one of which has both a bathtub and a shower and the others with a shower.in the house there is a 5th bathroom, the peculiarity of which is that it does not have a roof, this is one of the distinctive characteristics of the house. It's truly wonderful to take a hot shower under the stars. Since it is not connected to a particular bedroom, everyone can use it.

The exteriors are carefully furnished, and have two long tables on the terrace as well as a table on the porch, typically used for breakfast.

Included in the price of the house is a 12-hour cleaning service per week plus linen change on Saturdays. These services are included and are not optional.
