Charming apartment located in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a stone's throw from the port, in an area well served by restaurants, shops, the train station, and beaches.

The setting is typical of the Ligurian Riviera: elegant buildings, a tourist atmosphere that is not intrusive, with views of the sea and the surrounding hills.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator and opens onto a small entrance hall leading to a living room with a dining table and sofa.

The sleeping area consists of a full bathroom with shower and toilet, a twin bedroom with two single beds with storage drawers, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

The kitchen is separate and equipped with gas appliances.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 5-minute drive from the apartment while Genoa airport is about a 45-minute drive.
