The apartment is modern, comfortable, and features spacious covered terraces. It offers a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, large terrace, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and terrace, and a bathroom with shower box. Equipped with TV, safe, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, security door, and covered parking space. Heating with heat pump available during winter months. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below) °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
