Recently renovated detached villa, located in a residence with large swimming pools for adults and children. The residence is surrounded by greenery, very close to the thermal baths, about 500mt from the beach and 200mt from the shopping promenade. The villa is on the ground floor and features a private garden, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower box. It is equipped with TV, safe, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and covered parking. Heating with heat pump is available during the winter months. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below) °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
