Villa

Villa Anelora is a characteristic and welcoming trullo surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Anelora you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Anelora is 105 square meters (1130 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of San Michele Salentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the closest beach (Specchiolla beach) at 17.5 km (roughly 10.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Anelora from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Anelora you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sofas and with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 700 square meters (7500 square feet). It is partly shaded by a perfumed jasmine pergola and by a characteristic wood roof. The garden is equipped with sofas, as well as with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle, and you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First ApartmentLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace decorated in marble. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite smart TV. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a small window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the first kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first kitchen.
