ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 20:00 has a cost of 20 euro, after 23:00 has a cost of 30 euro. SMOKING inside the flat is strictly prohibited! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOR and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night (10 PM 08 AM), on arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the communal bins. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Cleaning are NOT included in the booking fee. Possibility of NCC on request.
