Appartamento Vasaria B is a graceful studio apartment located in the historic center of Arezzo. It sleeps two people. From Appartamento Vasaria B you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the square and the nearby buildings. Appartamento Vasaria B is 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Arezzo, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants, a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the bus stop at 230 meters (755 feet).
Appartamento Vasaria B is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Vasaria B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 550 meters (601 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).  Bedroom - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The ceiling of the bedroom is frescoed. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table that can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
