Appartamento Vasaria A is a graceful apartment located in the historic center of Arezzo. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Vasaria A you will enjoy a partial view of the square and the nearby buildings. Appartamento Vasaria A is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Arezzo, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the bus stop at 230 meters (755 feet).
Appartamento Vasaria A is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 60 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Vasaria A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 550 meters (601 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).  Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 2 meters (6.6 feet) at its lowest point.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
