Just 400 meters from the sea and the center of the place, we find a detached house on the ground floor.
The house features a spacious, air-conditioned and well-furnished living room with two sofas and a TV, direct access to the kitchen and to a furnished outdoor veranda.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two queen size rooms and one doubkle room with two single beds. There is a full bathroom and a small storage room with a washing machine and an additional emergency toilet. All rooms have AC.

This property is located close to the town center and a few hundred meters from the sea. The seafront and various amenities are within easy walking distance.
Bed and bath linens are available upon request at an additional cost of EUR 15 per person for the entire stay. Small pets are allowed just on request, subject to a surcharge payable locally.
Tourist tax payable locally.
