Apartment

Our apartment is located in one of the most convenient, quiet, and elegant areas of the city, in a residential neighborhood with little tourism, just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. The apartment is on the third floor (without an elevator) of an early 1900s building and was completely renovated in 2024, with efforts to improve its energy efficiency. It is now rated Category B.
The apartment is furnished with a mix of early 1900s and modern furniture. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed, but we accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment does NOT have a dedicated parking space or electric charging station, but there are free motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces along the street below the building, as well as (a few) free and paid parking spaces. Covered paid garages are available within approximately 500 meters.
Shops, restaurants, and all necessary services, including bus stops for access to all of Florence, are also within 500 meters. The Florence Campo di Marte train station is just an 800-meter walk away.
Please note that in Florence, a tourist tax of €6.00 ​​per adult is required for up to 7 nights. Children under 12 do not pay. The tax is collected by the host and then paid to the Municipality of Florence. You will find detailed information in the apartment, as required by law.
