Casa Vale, recently furnished and very bright, is a terraced house with an independent entrance, equipped with a security system that is deactivated during guests' stay, and consists of:
- a living room with access to the main garden, featuring a large sofa bed (140x200), a 43" TV, and a smart working area with a desk, a 22" screen, keyboard, and mouse;
- kitchen area with table, fully equipped with new appliances including the washing machine;
- master bedroom (bed 140x200) with large built-in wardrobe and access to the backyard garden and to the spiral staircase leading to the large upper terrace;
- large bright bathroom complete with bidet and window;
- the main garden with the large table offers the possibility to dine in a quiet and relaxing setting, in addition to the relaxation area with a small lounge;
- the backyard garden offers a relaxation area with comfortable loungers for your moments in the sun, a barbecue, and a service area;
- the upper terrace, as large as the entire ground floor, boasts a 360° view and a hammock to admire the stars. The excellent internet connection covers all internal and external areas of the house, allowing for smart working anywhere.
