Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, it combines modern comfort with a strategic location, offering guests a truly Roman stay marked by convenience and authenticity.

The apartment opens into an entrance hall leading to a spacious and tastefully furnished living room, featuring two comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix subscription included. The dining area, with table and chairs, is perfect for shared meals. Two double bedrooms feature French beds (140x190 cm), while a third room offers a practical single sofa bed—ideal for an extra guest or a reading corner.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials to make you feel at home. Two bathrooms provide comfort and privacy: one with a shower and washing machine, the other with a relaxing bathtub.

Guests have access to fast fiber Wi-Fi, heating, a hairdryer, iron, bed linen, and towels. A baby crib is available free of charge upon request.



The surrounding area is lively yet quiet, filled with traditional restaurants, cafés, and charming local spots. The Lepanto metro station (Line A) is just 800 meters away, and numerous bus lines stop nearby, offering quick access to Rome’s highlights: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Termini train station. The apartment is easily accessible from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports: take a train or bus to Termini station, then Metro Line A (red line) to Lepanto, followed by an 8-minute walk.



For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
