The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and services. 
The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, TV, a wardrobe and a cot for babies on request. 
The bathroom consists of a sink, shower and bidet. The apartment also has a comfortable furnished terrace, equipped with windows that make it habitable during all periods of the year.
