The interior space is organized as follows:

- BATHROOM: Raised shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, electric boiler;

- PATIO: Small outdoor space with table and chairs and an electric awning.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily usage limit depend on the climate zone defined by law.

The accommodation is located in a limited traffic zone; for those arriving by car, the nearest parking is the Lumbi Parking.
