The apartment is part of the iconic Lotti of Garbatella, a historic neighborhood full of charm, narrow streets, and lush gardens. Please note: the building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (stairs only).

Perfect location: just 5 minutes on foot from Garbatella metro. From here, you can reach Termini Station in 5 stops and the Colosseum in only 3.
