The Space
The apartment consists of:
Two comfortable bedrooms for a total of 4 beds: one double bed and one French bed.
Spacious living room for relaxing moments.
Large open-plan fully equipped kitchen.
Bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet.
What We Offer
Free breakfast. You’ll find everything you need for a simple yet complete Italian breakfast, which you can prepare whenever you like, following your own rhythm.
Private swimming pool for your exclusive use. No one will disturb you while you relax—it’s all yours! The pool is 1.90 meters deep, so please always supervise your children. A swim cap is required to enter the water, but if you don’t have one, we’ll lend it to you.
Large outdoor area with lawn and many trees!
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Satellite TV.
Organic and biodegradable toiletries (because soaps end up in the soil, where we love to grow our garden!).
All these services are included in the price of your stay—no hidden costs.
Guest Access
The house is a detached villa with two separate, independent apartments on two floors.
We live upstairs, while the B&B is located on the ground floor.
Shared spaces include the garden of about 5,000 m², which you will share with us and our two calm and friendly female Border Collies.
Private parking is available.

Visit Rome in a day during the Jubilee year—enjoy the Eternal City while avoiding the hassle of staying overnight during peak tourist season. We’ll gladly provide tips to reach the city stress-free!

The B&B is located about 3 km from the town, so having your own vehicle is necessary, as we are in the open countryside within Veio Park.
Pet Friendly:
Your dogs are welcome, but unfortunately we cannot host cats. We live with two sociable and affectionate dogs, always ready to make new friends with everyone… except felines!
Extra Services
Upon request, we offer paid transfer service to/from:
Fiumicino and Ciampino airports: €50 each way
Olgiata and La Storta train stations: €10 each way
If you arrive on foot in the center of Formello while walking the Via Francigena, we’ll pick you up for free!
