At the entrance, a spacious open-plan living area connects the lounge with sofa and dining table to the fully equipped kitchen, brightened by large glass doors opening onto the outdoors. The sleeping area offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with its own bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors as part of daily life.

The Setting
- The highlight is the private sea-view pool, framed by a spacious veranda with solarium, outdoor lounge, and dining table. Every moment here becomes special: a slow breakfast, a family lunch, or a glass of wine at sunset. At the back, you’ll find a laundry area and barbecue. Marta is the twin of Gaia: two independent villas with separate entrances and maximum privacy, also available together for larger groups.

The Surroundings
- Villa Marta is located in the Porticciolo area, peaceful yet close to everything. Within walking distance, you’ll find the marina with boat rentals, the Bluassoluto Diving School, and the path to Li Cossi beach or the taxi boat to Cala Tinnari. The coves of Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just minutes away on foot—ideal for snorkeling and refreshing swims. By car, you’ll reach supermarkets, restaurants, and all services in a few minutes. And in the Gallura hinterland, you can enjoy horseback riding, Vermentino tastings, and enchanting villages.

- Guests have exclusive access to the villa, the garden, and the private pool. Marta has fully separate entrances and outdoor spaces from its twin Gaia, always ensuring privacy and tranquility.
