The Villa -
Recently built and furnished with care, Gaia welcomes you into a spacious open-plan living area where the white interiors meet warm, modern accents. Large glass doors connect the living room and kitchen directly to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow of light and space. The sleeping area features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom, served by an adjacent bathroom. A third guest bathroom completes the villa. All rooms have direct outdoor access, allowing you to fully enjoy your holiday in harmony with nature.

The Setting
- In front of the villa lies a private veranda with pool and sea-view solarium: the perfect spot for a slow breakfast, a meal with friends, or a glass of wine at sunset. At the back, you’ll find a laundry area and a barbecue corner. Gaia is the twin of Marta, located right next door but with fully separated spaces and private entrances. The two villas can also be rented together—ideal for families or groups of friends.

The Surroundings
- Villa Gaia is located in the lower part of Costa Paradiso, in the Porticciolo area: peaceful yet close to everything. Within walking distance you’ll find the marina with boat rentals, the Bluassoluto Diving School, and the path leading to the famous Li Cossi beach or the taxi boat to Cala Tinnari. Just minutes away are the coves of Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing. A short drive brings you to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, as well as into the Gallura hinterland: horseback rides, Vermentino tastings, and villages that preserve the authentic charm of Sardinia.

Guest Access
- Guests will have exclusive access to the villa, the garden, and the private pool. Outdoor areas and entrances are separate from the twin villa Marta, ensuring privacy and tranquility at all times.
