The villa includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed, a front veranda, a rear patio with a private garden, a barbecue for outdoor dinners, and a reserved parking space. The fully fenced garden ensures privacy and quiet, while the veranda is ideal for relaxing moments surrounded by the scents of myrtle and Mediterranean plants.

Guests have access to a shared pool, recently renovated (May 2024), with partial views of the sea and surrounding landscape—a perfect spot to unwind under the Sardinian sun. Inside the villa, you’ll find new air conditioning, refrigerator, and a TV with satellite dish and updated TVSAT decoder, all purchased in 2024 to ensure maximum comfort.
