This duplex sleeps up to four and is designed for real living. The living room is bright and comfortable with designer seating, sound insulation, a large smart TV, and fast fiber WiFi. The sofa bed sleeps two and includes an added topper for extra comfort. Upstairs, the bedroom features a king-size bed with a hotel-level mattress, custom ergonomic pillows, premium linens, and blackout curtains.

A dedicated office room doubles as a walk-in closet, making this home ideal for remote work, longer stays, or anyone who wants extra space and storage. Air conditioning is individually adjustable in every room, with both cooling and heating.

The open-plan CREO kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, with an espresso setup, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher with tablets, premium cookware, and first-night essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. After beach days, refresh in the modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and quality toiletries. A second toilet is available on the ground floor.

Beach gear is ready for you, including beach towels, a parasol, and a cooling bag. Check-in is effortless with 24/7 VIKEY self check-in via smartphone. ID upload is required by Italian law.

A major advantage in the historic center is free secure gated parking included, located about 200 meters away. You can unload luggage at the door first, then park easily.

For stays of five nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning with fresh towels and linens is included. You will also be welcomed with a VIP box featuring local wine, spring water, pecorino, and traditional sausage.
