The villa consists of two independent apartments, available for stays and rentals of at least two nights.

The first apartment is located on the ground floor and features three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table for six, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and TV.

The second apartment, situated on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase, is similarly arranged: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and TV.

Both apartments have an outdoor dining table and a barbecue for enjoying meals together outside.

The spacious and well-maintained outdoor areas include a large garden equipped with a ping pong table, a regulation-size basketball hoop, a soccer goal, and a swimming pool with twenty sun loungers — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
