The apartment is located on the upper floor of a small building with only five units, all managed directly by us: a perfect solution for multiple families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their holiday together, but with the convenience of their own independence.



The true jewel of the house is its splendid lake view terrace: spacious, equipped with a large dining table and two comfortable loungers, it is the perfect place to start the day with a breakfast in the sun, sip an aperitif at sunset or simply enjoy the silence and the view in total relaxation.



Inside, the environment is curated with taste and attention to detail. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped and opens onto a welcoming living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The two double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, overlook a second, more intimate terrace, also with a suggestive lake view. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
