The apartment:
This cozy vacation apartment in Venice is ideal for those looking for comfort, accessibility and a central location.
It is a raised ground floor with only 4 steps at the entrance: perfect for families with children or elderly people.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers:
• A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and a dining table for 8 people
• A double bedroom with double bed, comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning and private bathroom
• A bright living room with double sofa bed and TV
• A second spacious and air-conditioned double bedroom
• A second modern bathroom
• A useful laundry area with washing machine and drying rack
The rooms are large, bright, well-distributed and furnished in a modern style, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The location:
The apartment is located in a quiet and central area, near Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, famous for the Scuola Grande di San Marco and the basilica of the same name. An ideal location for discovering Venice on foot:
• 5 minutes from Rialto
• 10-15 minutes from Piazza San Marco
• Nearby: bars, typical restaurants and pizzerias also frequented by Venetians
• Supermarket and pharmacy reachable in 5-10 minutes on foot
Despite its central location, the apartment enjoys silence and tranquility, perfect for those who want to experience the city without stress.

House rules:
Guests are kindly requested to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.

For safety reasons, please close all windows before leaving the house, and do not leave the front door open.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check-in will be considered based on our availability.

During check-in, guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.

The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 18.00 to 22.00 guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 22.00 € 50.00 will be requested
