The interiors of Villa Olivastro are bright, functional and well organised. Accommodating up to six guests, the property features three bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin beds), two bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living room with dining area and TV, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned, making it an ideal air-conditioned holiday home for stays throughout the year.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card.
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay; processing times may vary depending on the bank.
• Any damages or breaches of house rules may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.

FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available on request.

TOURIST TAX

Payable in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

• Klodge properties are private homes managed under tourist lease regulations according to Italian Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia region).
• As private homes, they may present minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real-estate intermediary specialising in short-term tourist rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

• Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
• Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• A tourist lease agreement must be signed (in Italian); an English courtesy copy is provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys must be collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The municipality uses a door-to-door waste collection system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
