The villa has a large courtyard designated for parking. The garden is spacious and shared with other guests. The villa is divided into four apartments. To access the apartment, you need to pass through the common entrance and go upstairs to the first floor.

The accommodation price does not include heating, breakfast, or the tourist tax ( 1 per person per night). Breakfast can be provided directly in the apartment upon prior reservation at an additional cost of 10 per person.
