Outside, guests can enjoy a private oasis on a fully fenced 1,200 square meter plot. The spacious garden features a 50 m2 swimming pool with comfortable loungers, a whirlpool for additional relaxation, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue—perfect for spending time in the open air while admiring the panoramic views of Motovun and the countryside.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, offering all the amenities needed for convenient use. Adjacent is a comfortable living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and expansive windows that frame the stunning views.
