Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator, of an ancient palace of the 400 where once was born the namesake theater Real Teatro Umberto I°, the house is located a stone's throw from the artistic wonders of the historic center of Palermo, within the Arab-Norman route recognized as a UNESCO heritage .



The entrance to the apartment opens onto the dining room where in addition to the dining table there is also a small fully functional kitchen with coffee machine and kettle. From this room you can access the terrace furnished with a table. In one area of the house there is a comfortable sofa and armchair. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and all with the special feature of period floors. Completing the layout of the house are 3 bathrooms with shower stalls.



Guests can enjoy amenities such as wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning and iron.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.
