Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Tropea, just 200 meters from the historic center and 500 meters from the sea. The location is perfect for those who want to fully experience the city: within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, tourist attractions, and Tropea's wonderful beaches.

The spacious apartment (60 m²), simply yet functionally furnished, can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.

Located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), the apartment offers free parking in the building, where there's always a space available—a valuable convenience in Tropea.

The accommodation is perfect for couples, families, or small groups. I speak Italian, English, Russian, Finnish, and some German, and I'm always available to provide assistance and suggestions on what to see, where to eat, or how to organize excursions and local experiences.
