Within a 5-minute walk, you can explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites—Villa Gregoriana and Villa d’Este. You can also enjoy traditional Roman cuisine with a 10% discount at selected restaurants by presenting our business card. Breakfast is on us at the wonderful café Le Cartiere just downstairs!

The apartment is on the ground floor and has just been renovated to restore its original Roman-era layout. It features a high vaulted ceiling, a stone wall, and a glass panel displaying a beautifully preserved 17th-century floor uncovered during the renovation.

It’s a quiet and spotlessly clean home, designed to make you feel at home even when you’re far from home—perfect for relaxing. Ideal for couples, friends, families or solo travelers who want to enjoy Tivoli while feeling truly at home.
