A cozy and elegant three-room apartment located in a quiet residential area close to Notarbartolo station and the center of Palermo, within walking distance of the city's lively markets, cafes and cultural sites.



Casa Tramonto has been recently renovated, is located on the second floor with elevator and opens onto a large and bright living room with a sofa that becomes a double sofa bed if needed, smart TV and dining table. The modern kitchen is open and equipped with all accessories. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with French beds; the second bedroom overlooks a small terrace furnished with an outdoor table. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the layout of the house.



Guests will enjoy amenities such as wifi, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine.
