Next to the patio, a barbecue area with a wood-fired oven and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (including a cooktop, sink, and washing machine) invites you to savor al fresco lunches and dinners in a warm, convivial atmosphere.

Inside the garden, there\'s a private parking area that comfortably accommodates 2 to 3 cars, along with an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.

For those who love to explore or prefer a more sustainable way to reach the nearby beach, the villa also offers two bicycles free of charge for guests.

Villa dei Licheni is spread over 3 floors, and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning is present in the double bedroom on the first floor and in the living area on the ground floor. A baby bed is available on request. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed on request.

Basement floor: From the garden, an external staircase leads to a cozy, independent room located on the lower ground floor. This space features a double sofa bed, a practical wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It’s the perfect solution for those seeking extra privacy, ideal for extra guests or household staff.

Ground floor: From the outdoor patio, you step directly into a spacious and bright living area, tastefully furnished and designed for relaxation. The room includes a double sofa bed, tv, dining table, and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave, everything you need to feel right at home.

On this level, you will also find a bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom featuring two single beds, a fan, and direct access to the garden, perfect for children or anyone who enjoys waking up surrounded by nature.

First floor: The upper floor hosts an elegant double bedroom with a wardrobe and access to a spacious private terrace, ideal for relaxing moments in complete peace. A bathroom with shower completes this level.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
