The accommodation is on the second floor of a small historic building, typical of the local architecture. Access is via an internal staircase – there is no elevator – but the authentic atmosphere and central location make every step worthwhile.
The apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing base to explore Iglesias and the southwest of Sardinia.
The apartment features a spacious and bright double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer, courtesy set, and a washing machine. There's a large open-plan living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with two induction plates, fridge, cookware, dishes, kettle, toaster, moka pot, microwave, and everything needed for self-catering.
The entire apartment offers fast and free Wi-Fi, perfect for remote working or staying connected, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during the warmer days.

As Casa Agave is located in the historic center, it is within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Therefore, it is not possible to reach the apartment by car, but we will recommend free parking options nearby.
A few days before your arrival, you’ll be asked to complete the fast check-in procedure, which includes entering the personal information of all guests, scanning ID documents, paying the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Iglesias, and signing the rental contract.
