Extraordinary apartment just a few meters from the sea in San Remo, in a secluded area but a few minutes from all services, perfect for families or groups wishing to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.



The accommodation, located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area consisting of a double sofa bed, television and dining table. Through the living room there is access to a lovely balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is complete with equipment such as a freezer, oven, refrigerator, juicer, toaster, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and sea view. A bathroom with bidet and shower stall and a bathroom with bidet and bathtub complete the layout.



Guests can enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and heating.

San Remo: City of Flowers, Casino and Song Festival. In the province of Imperia, San Remo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori, and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of some value, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed. During your stay you should also visit the San Remo Casino, to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to World War II. Emblematic of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival is held every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

It is also advisable not to leave the city without taking a walk along the Empress promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



Nice and Genoa airports are an hour and 10 minutes and just over two hours' drive from the apartment, respectively, while San Remo train station is a 20-minute drive away.
