Nestled in the heart of the Apulian countryside, just 5 km from the historic center of Ostuni, Casolare degli Ulivi is a luxury stone villa dating back to 1877, lovingly restored in 2017. Surrounded by over 300 century-old olive trees and set on a private 4-acre estate, the property offers a perfect blend of tradition, style, and modern comfort.

Every detail reflects authentic local architecture, including vaulted and star-shaped ceilings, hand-painted ceramic tiles, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Outdoors, guests can unwind in the stunning garden with a heated pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, spacious patio, and a large covered veranda with a fireplace and second kitchen — perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.

Inside, the villa includes a cozy living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds – one en-suite with additional pouf-bed, and one with bunk beds), plus a guest bathroom and a second full bathroom for the second double bedroom.

All rooms have independent air conditioning and underfloor heating, plus high-speed Wi-Fi (250MB/s) both inside and outdoors, two SMART TVs with Netflix, remote-controlled electric gate, perimeter alarm system, and a video intercom.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property (except for the underground technical pool room). Our local team is available for assistance or suggestions, and on request, our concierge service can arrange custom experiences such as private chefs, wine tastings, or guided tours of the Itria Valley.
