The apartment features soundproof windows, air conditioning in all rooms, and winter heating. It comprises a carefully furnished living room with a sofa (double bed), a 42" LED color TV with satellite channels, an induction kitchenette complete with utensils and dishes, a microwave oven, a range hood, a dishwasher, a sink, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a safe, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room. The spacious bathroom has a window, a large shower stall, a hairdryer, and designer fixtures and fittings. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 5/6 in total). Private parking is available (for a fee, upon request).
