Two-room apartment with independent entrance, private courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture for outdoor situations, parking space, we offer an air-conditioned apartment of about 40 square meters, on the ground floor, with excellent finishes in the central area a hundred meters from the sea, in a quiet, ventilated and silent position, very close to the new dock and the characteristic square of the city.
