Detached, spacious, fully furnished terraced house enjoying year-round sunshine, surrounded by tranquility and nature with a splendid view of the Ossola Valley. It is just steps from the town center and main amenities such as grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, bars, restaurants, a butcher, a tobacconist, a hairdresser, and more.

Independent entrance on the ground floor (living area) with a large, furnished living room and parquet flooring (sofa and armchair, flat-screen Smart TV with internet access – Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen with polished porphyry flooring (dishes, gas and induction stovetop, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee pod machine, etc.) and access to the private garden.

A comfortable and spacious internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor (sleeping area), where there are two bedrooms with parquet floors and a balcony (each with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, and wardrobes, plus a queen-size bed). There is also a bathroom with a window (washing machine, sink, bathtub, and shower).
Radiator heating in winter (the fireplace is temporarily unavailable). Free WiFi. Free street parking. Towels and sheets are included.

Although distances are minimal, a car is recommended to reach the house and explore the surrounding area. Ideal for mountain hikers, skiers, and cyclists, or simply for those seeking rest and tranquility. Not recommended for those with mobility issues or children under 3 due to the stairs at the entrance and inside the house. Pets are welcome free of charge. There is a video surveillance system outside the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Please note: Upon check-in, you will be:
- required to sign a tourist rental agreement for the duration of your stay
- required to provide documents required for legal registration with the competent Public Security authorities.

Getting around the area
A 5-minute drive from Domodossola or by public transport connecting Masera with Domodossola. Masera station features the traditional Vigezzina train, which connects Domodossola to Locarno (Switzerland). Located at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley (Santa Maria Maggiore - Re), it is a strategic point for accessing the other seven valleys, including Val Formazza, Val Grande, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero, Valle Antrona, Val Bognanco, Valle Anzasca, the San Domenico ski resort, and spas. It is also 30 km from Lake Maggiore (Stresa and the Borromean Islands) or Lake Orta (San Giulio Island).
