Villa Parenzana is a new modern built villa located in the peaceful village of Mihatovici near Poreč, right next to the famous Parenzana cycling and walking trail. Once a railway line, the Parenzana is now known as the “Path of Health and Friendship” and offers a unique opportunity to explore the stunning Istrian landscape. Along the route, you’ll discover picturesque towns like Grožnjan – the “City of Artists” – and the medieval gem of Motovun.

The trail is lined with scenic viewpoints, impressive stone viaducts (some over 50 meters high), and preserved tunnels with ecological lighting. Surrounded by lush vegetation, rich flora and fauna, and dramatic cuts through rocks and ravines, the Parenzana offers an unforgettable experience. Along the way, you can stop to enjoy authentic Istrian cuisine and local wines in traditional taverns and wine cellars.

Spread across two floors, Villa Parenzana offers comfort and style. The ground floor features an open-concept layout with a modern living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms with double beds. One has its own private bathroom, while the other offers access to a balcony. An additional bathroom is also available on the upper floor.

Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful private swimming pool with sun loungers and a shaded summer kitchen complete with a gas BBQ and dining table – ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.

One well-behaved pet is welcome free of charge, and additional pets may be allowed upon request. The property also provides private parking for two cars.
