The apartment, renovated and furnished in a modern style, is located on the second and last floor of a quiet building, equipped with a lift and swimming pool. It consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a quiet terrace with a table and chairs.
The location is strategic, close to the station and the Desenzano motorway exit. Ideal for visiting both the towns on Lake Garda and the surrounding cities.
The building mainly has an architectural barrier. To achieve this goal, it is always possible to intervene promptly and at any time.
The municipality imposes a tourist tax of 2 euros per night/person (free for children under 14). The tax must be paid directly to the host at check-out.
