The farmhouse is divided into 4 flats with separate entrances. The accommodations are distinguished by a fresh, contemporary style, with bright rooms and Italian-designed furnishings that combine comfort and refinement. Each room is enriched with elegant graphics inspired by the botanical illustrations of the 16th-century naturalist Gherardo Cibo, creating a harmonious dialogue between art, nature and hospitality.

The garden is surrounded by apple and poplar trees, tall laurel trees, holm oaks and lime trees. A beautiful green lawn surrounds the stone farmhouses and leads to the swimming pool, surrounded by a solarium where you can completely relax and enjoy the sun.

The interior spaces are divided into four flats. Each unit has an equipped kitchenette and living area, characterised by arched glass doors with views of the garden.

The sleeping area of the first flat features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and living room. There is a service bathroom.

In the second flat we find on the first floor the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room.

The third flat has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with living room, plus a double bedroom with bathroom.

The fourth flat has a large dining room on the ground floor where everyone can get together, plus a well-equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and the laundry area. On the first floor is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Also available to guests is a billiard room with access to the garden.

The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi Internet, complete gardening and pool cleaning service, Housekeeping: every day for 3 hours a day.
