Comfortable 40 m2 apartment for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a historic building, with a lift not suitable for disabled people (steps to access).

The accommodation is located in the Prati district near the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza del Popolo. A few steps away is the Ottaviano metro stop and it is possible to park for a fee on the street or in the Garage Scipioni an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), dining table with chairs and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x.1.90 m), smart TV, wardrobe, chair with desk, split A/C and en suite bathroom;

- FULL BATHROOM inside the bedroom with sink, raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, shared heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

ATTENTION:

-The entrance to the apartment is shared;

- Building equipped with a lift NOT suitable for disabled people, with stairs to access the lift;

-80 Lt electric boiler (needs time to heat the water if it runs out);

-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00 and 14.00-16.00.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

Payment of the city tax will be required.

The apartment is located in an area full of services and well served by public transport (the “Lepanto” and “Ottaviano” stops on the A metro line) in the Prati district. The Prati district is an elegant and bourgeois neighborhood in the center of Rome, full of squares, parks and good restaurants. The main attraction of the neighborhood is probably Via Cola di Rienzo, named after a Roman senator and nobleman, an important shopping street, less crowded than the famous Via del Corso, but equally full of Italian and international high-fashion shops. Just a 17-minute walk away you can also reach the Mercato Trionfale, considered one of the best food markets in Rome.

Among the main points of interest we point out:

- Piazza del Popolo: 18 minutes on foot;

- Piazza San Pietro and Vatican City: 14 minutes on foot;
