Each environment has been cleverly positioned in its own space. The living area is completed by a handy bathroom with sink. Sanitary and laundry facilities are in an adjacent but detached room. The sleeping area includes a beautiful double bedroom equipped by an en-suite bathroom with shower and a walk-in wardrobe.

It is possible to park bicycles. The strategic location both in the city center and close to the ring roads of Florence allows ease travels by car that can be parked at walking distance outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL).

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract.
