The house is located 100 meters from the start of the Sella Ronda, enjoying a quiet, sunny, and panoramic position, an excellent starting point for excursions and visits to the surrounding area.
Just a ten-minute walk away, you can reach the Pera ski lifts and the cross-country ski trail.
You will be welcomed by two apartments: the FIRST FLOOR (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen) and the MEZZANINE FLOOR (2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large living area with living room and kitchen (2 sofa beds for an additional 2 people).
Guests have access to a parking space, an electric charging socket for cars or bicycles, ski or bicycle storage, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
