The open kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: refrigerator, 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher. The living room leads to a small outdoor space of about 10 m², where the boiler and washing machine are located. The sleeping area, quiet and silent thanks to the views of the interior, consists of: a double bedroom with a King Size bed,
a twin bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom, large and bright thanks to the window, is equipped with a splendid shower with a glass cabin. With its 87 m², the apartment is perfectly distributed between the living area and the sleeping area, offering welcoming and well-organized spaces.

A few steps away is the Sant'Ambrogio Market, a true Florentine jewel with stalls of fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, fish, meat and typical local products. The area is full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and pubs, perfect for enjoying tradition or experimenting with the most innovative cuisine.
