It is spread over several levels, with a master bedroom on each floor, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Downstairs, the living room is furnished with two sofa beds, ideal for hosting friends or family. The modern kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances, perfectly complements the dining area. Completing the floor is a modern bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, the second double bedroom has a balcony overlooking the dining area.

Guests upon arrival will find clean linens and towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and all modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so they can have an authentic experience without having to give up modern conveniences.


Check-in/check-out time:
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, while check-out must be done by 10:00 am. For any special needs or requests, please feel free to contact us in advance.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence. However, smoking is allowed in all outdoor spaces of the dwelling.

BEHAVIOR:
Guests are asked to maintain respectful behavior toward the property.

If there is any damage to the property or property in the villa, please report it promptly to arrange for repair or replacement.

Please dispose of waste properly, using the sorted containers.

SAFETY:
Accommodating unregistered persons is not allowed. It is recommended to lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
